Fried Pork Chops with Tarragon

from Tuscany the Beautiful Cookbook



Ingredients:
6 pork chops
3 T olive oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 T fresh tarragon leaves
(Comment to ask for directions)

This is my favorite way to cook pork chops. Tarragon transforms the flavor to the whole new level. Tastes very special and very easy to make.
